5.  Account Closure & Refund Process

We have designed a secure exit process that protects your data and your money. Our goal is to ensure transparency while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy.

  • Initiating Closure: If you decide to leave, you can initiate the "Account Closure" process directly from your dashboard. Once initiated, your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.

  • Refund Eligibility & The 15-Day Rule: Once the closure process begins, a "Request Refund" option will become visible for any remaining unused credits. To receive a refund, you must submit your formal request within the first 15 days of initiating account closure.

  • Technical Necessity for the Deadline: Because we prioritize your privacy, all your personal data, posting history, and hashed tokens are permanently wiped from our servers exactly after the 30-day period. We require the first 15 days to verify your account history and complete the transaction while your data is still accessible. This action is irreversible once the 30-day cycle ends.

  • Processing Window: We recommend submitting your request as early as possible (within 1-2 days). This ensures our team can process your refund within our standard 7-10 business days cycle back to your original payment method.

  • 30-Day Grace Period: Your account remains in a "pending deletion" state for 30 days. During this time, if you change your mind, you can log back in at any time to cancel the closure and keep your account active.

  • Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day period expires, your account and all associated data are permanently wiped. Any refund requests made after the 15th day of closure may be considered void, as we will no longer have the necessary data to verify the claim once the deletion is complete.


6.Children’s Privacy 

Our service is not designed or intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers permanently. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact our support team right away.
