3. User Conduct & Content Responsibility
Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant TimePostr the necessary license to transmit it to connected platforms.
Compliance: You must comply with the community standards of the 12+ social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.) connected via our official APIs.
Prohibited Use: Use of TimePostr for spamming, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination without a refund.
4. Payments & "Pay-As-You-Go" Model TimePostr operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
5. Account Closure & Refund Policy (The 15-Day Rule)
Grace Period: Upon initiating account closure, your data is retained for a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
Refund Deadline: To receive a refund for unused credits, you must submit a formal request within the first 15 days of initiating account closure.
Technical Necessity: Because all user data is permanently wiped after 30 days to protect user privacy, we require these 15 days to verify your account history and process the transaction.
Finality: Any refund request made after the 15th day shall be considered void, as we will no longer have the necessary data to verify the claim once the 30-day deletion cycle is complete.
Processing: Valid refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Availability & Third-Party APIs TimePostr relies on third-party APIs. We are not liable for any service interruptions, account restrictions, or policy changes caused by external networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
